Night riding on Montalbano trails
Summer is coming, warm temperature and long days invite us to start riding in evening hours.
Nothing better than a trail on Montalbano hills from Seano to Capezzana, with a stop for tasting delicious wine of Capezzana's winery, with some chees, prosciutto, mortadella di Prato and other lovely Tuscany food.

Piazza a piazza, a classic mtb track in Bisenzio valley
This morning weak up at 6:30 for a long ride, the piazza a piazza track.
The original idea was starting from Prato, climb near Bisenzio river untill his sourse and go down hill on the other side to Prato, never trespassing the river.
The original track was 94 km, today we choosen a shorter track.
Anyways is a great tour, pretty hard, about 70 km.
I love Appennino mountains!

Sunny hills around Quarrata
The hills around Quarrata are quiet and pretty far from city noise.
Here very little villages like Montorio and Buriano were built many years ago from people who knows the secret of happyness, spend your life in a beautifull environment.

Malmantile and Montelupo
A few pictures of landscapes in Montelupo and Malmantile.
Montelupo is a village between Vinci and Florence, is a famous place for ceramic art and leather goods.
Is a very cute little town in the country with no traffic. Here a beautyful bicycle road near to the river Pesa is a perfect way to cross the country.
Just a few miles from here, on the top of a little hill there is Malmantile, a very small village similar to a old castle with walls and big doors. It is a middle age village, and every summer here there are parades and games like in the middle age.
In this area a lot of agriturismos are the perfect choice to rest and have an excellent dinner after a great ride with us.
